BREAKING NEWS: GRAFFITI COVERS CAMPUS

Graffiti covers the side of the Media Center.

On April 4th, 2019, students arrived on main campus to the scene of explicit graffiti and vandalism on several buildings and in some of the major walkways on campus. Similar damage has been reported at Lake Mary High School today.

The extent of the damage can be seen at Renegade Hall, the Media Center, the Dance room, Tomahawk Hall, and sidewalks around these buildings. Explicit messages were spray-painted and pointed to certain administrators. Students from ROTC, Administrators, and Security staff have been working all morning to clean up the damage. At this time, it is unknown who is responsible for this incident, but if any students have information regarding this incident they should report it to administration immediately.

The Seminole has requested further information from administration, but has not been released at this time. An investigation is currently underway.

On Monday morning, students arrived to more graffiti in the same places. The Seminole hopes to publish some updates tomorrow.

This is not the first time that Seminole has been vandalized with paint, but hopefully it is the last.
